Devices that fall into the 'excellent' condition are the highest valued items.
Excellent condition devices will have, but are not limited to:
- Flawless appearance with no visible scratches on screen and/or body
- Screen – no defective pixels (e.g screen burn, dead pixels, liquid damage) and the touchscreen works
- Battery health above 80%
- All parts of the device are fully working
The condition requirements may vary depending on the item you wish to sell so we must advise checking the listing condition descriptions. For example, some orders may require accessories to receive the excellent condition offer.
