We accept returns for our Tech items for a number of reasons.
We offer a free 12-month warranty with every Tech item we sell. If there are any faults with the item within the first 12 months of owning it, we offer a repair or replacement for free.
Alternatively, if you are within our refund period, and have changed your mind, we provide a free returns label for the item to be sent back to us.

Find your order and click View / Track Order
Click Return Item
Select the device and reason from the drop down, and we will send you a Royal Mail QR code which is prepaid to return the device.
You will be emailed a QR code to return your device via your nearest Post Office. Take your QR code with you and they will scan it to print a label, attach it to your box and return it back to us.
